My journey so far on the MBA program at Lagos Business School has been a life-changing experience for me. The program has not only Broadened my horizons but has enable me to grow personally and professionally.
One aspects of my life-changing journey have been the exposure to a distinct and vibrant group of experts from various industries. Networking with individuals from different backgrounds, sectors, and perspectives has broadened my horizons and change how I view life. The conducive learning environment has encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone, contribute my distinctive insights, and engage in inspiring knowledgeable discussions. This experience has not only enriched my perception of global business practices but has also taught me the importance of embracing diversity and inclusion in the corporate world.
Another aspect of my life-changing journey has been the intense academic work at the school. The program has exposed me with a sound footing in key business aspects such as Management communication, Analysis of business problems, marketing, Corporate Finance, leadership Ethics, Operations management and data analytics. The faculties are well grounded and experts in their relevant fields, through their interactive teaching methods and case studies it has been a nice ride so far. The program has also accentuated the relevance of application of lessons learnt in class to real-business world. This has not only intensified my understanding of the different courses and subject matter but has also equipped me with the expertise needed to solve challenging business cases.
Additionally, the program has deposited a strong importance on personal and management development. Through lessons learnt and self-reflection applications, I have been able to recognize my strong point and areas for improvement. The program has furnished me with the right tools and knowledge necessary to enhance my leadership attributes, such as effective communication and leadership management. These networking events have enabled me to create meaningful ties which in turn expand my network base.
