I HAD IT ALL ALONG

Becoming a business executive seems a destination, an end point or a mark to get to rather than a process. In my own case, it is entirely a process which is meant to be redefining, enlightening and greatly harnessed to its fullest. Lagos Business School has presented itself as the institution for these life transforming processes which has already commenced for me.

Coming to Lagos Business School with great expectations, believing to receive only, from the great wealth of knowledge and experience of the faculties was what I had in mind until the first two months of my program here. Things remained the way they where here but my perception and views of the program changed completely. How it happened still remains a mystery to me but I knew something great has taken place already and from that moment I realized that I have a lot to give in return as much as I want to receive from this great institution.

Having participated in the class sessions so far, I realized that we have to discuss every cases presented to us before and during the class session showing our views and sharing our experiences with constructive arguments guided by the facilitator of each session. This process brings the best out of everyone involve which I believe we did not know was there. Now I know I have been a business executive all these years and I had it all along.
