Additionally, grateful people frequently exhibit higher levels of optimism and a more upbeat attitude on life.

Keeping a gratitude notebook is one method to cultivate thankfulness. This entails listing three to five items each day for which you are grateful. It might be as straightforward as a lovely sunset, a steaming mug of coffee, or the affection and assistance of friends and family. We may teach our brains to become more sensitive to pleasant experiences and to find joy in the little things by concentrating on the positive aspects of our lives.

Expressing thankfulness to others is another way to put it into practice. A sense of connection and belonging can be cultivated by saying thank you or expressing appreciation to a loved one, a friend, or a coworker.
