“A Year-End Review of My MBA Journey” #MMBA5

As the year draws to a close, I find myself reflecting on the activities of my MBA classes. The primary goal was to attend all classes and adequately prepare for them, a feat I’ve accomplished thanks to the unwavering support of my team members. They’ve served as my pillars of strength, pushing me to strive harder during moments of slacking. I take immense pride in the time and dedication I’ve invested in the program, and I eagerly anticipate the upcoming holidays to delve deeper into the learnings from the diverse courses offered over the past eight weeks. However, amidst this sense of accomplishment, I acknowledge the areas in which I can improve. Foremost among these is my ability to communicate and express my thoughts clearly, both verbally and in writing. Enhancing these skills not only holds the potential to boost my class participation scores but also proves beneficial in various administrative functions at work. Another aspect I aim to refine is my time management. Observing my peers effortlessly accomplishing tasks within the constraints of 24 hours, especially through active participation in group chats and meetings, leaves me pondering where they find the time for such extensive research alongside their academic and professional commitments. Recognizing my own room for growth in this area, I aspire to cultivate more effective time management strategies. As I set my sights on the MBA experience awaiting me in 2024, my goal is to be even more productive than I have been thus far. Actively participating in class discussions is a priority, as I recognize the invaluable insights and collaborative learning opportunities that arise from engagement with both professors and fellow students. In summary, while celebrating the achievements of the past year, I am mindful of the areas that warrant improvement. Strengthening my communication skills and refining time management are key objectives as I embark on a promising MBA journey in the upcoming year.
