As a modular MBA Student, I wake up thinking about how to manage my time, my professional work deliverables, MBA study material, my mental wellness, and balancing it all. I start with a prayer, then my cardio workout (I do not know how it works but working out helps clear my worries, gives me mental clarity, provides a canvas for the day’s endeavors, and sets off an exciting tone on how I am going to squash my targets for the day.), then get straight to work.
I am a lawyer by profession and this entails a lot of reading and setting time aside for that. The day unfolds with a delicate dance between legal briefs, contracts, and the complexities of the business world. It’s a challenging juggling act, but one that sharpens my multitasking abilities and hone my time management skills. After the close of work, I skim through the topic for the next class and try as much as possible to get a grasp of it. I am still grasping Data Analytics by the way (Prof. encourages us to master Python, SQL, Java, R, Tableau, and Power BI. Coming from a legal background, struggling with Excel, navigating to mastery of these tools seems like taking a walk to the sky to have a meeting with the clouds. Will I get there or will I faint on my journey?), hopefully, this story will change as I continue to update you in the future. Most of the lectures are straightforward and exciting. However, some courses like Analysis of Business Problems have a question mark. I don’t know if I am the problem or the lecturer.
Anyway, I am most grateful for my MBA group as they are always there to put me through when such situations hit. My MBA group is a pillar of support, always there to navigate the twists and turns of this educational quest. Together, we dissect complex concepts, share insights, and lift each other up in moments of uncertainty.
Class for the day starts and ends at 5:30 pm to 6:45 pm. As the clock struck 6:45 pm today, signaling the end of another rigorous day, I couldn’t help but reflect on the intricate web of challenges presented by Dr. Anibaba’s Analysis of Business Problems class. The complex case studies seemed to dance before my eyes, daring me to unravel their secrets. Yet, Dr. Anibaba had an uncanny ability to turn even the most complicated concepts into thought-provoking puzzles. To me, the Analysis of Business Problems is not just a course, but a journey of self-discovery.
With each lecture, Dr. Anibaba’s wisdom and expertise cast a spell, leaving me simultaneously awestruck and bewildered. Was it the complexity of the subject matter, or the enigmatic nature of the professor herself? The answer remains tantalizingly out of reach.
And so, the saga continues, with each day offering a fresh challenge and the promise of unexpected twists. As an MBA student, the journey is proving to be as exhilarating as it is demanding, leaving me hungry for more knowledge and ready to face whatever mysteries lay ahead. One thing I am certain of – in the world of business, there is always more than meets the eye, and I am determined to uncover it all, one class at a time. I am happy I got through the day, a step closer to getting my MBA.
