Customer Analysis is a topic in our Data Analysis course, it teaches us the use of data in conducting proper business surveys and also another great importance of proper data analysis in our day to day businesses.
Customer analysis can be defined as the process of understanding customer’s needs, wants, preferences, behaviour and attitudes towards a business, product or services. It involves gathering relevant business information on customers, through sources as such as surveys, interviews, focus groups and data mining to identify patterns and trend within a business sector.
Organizations that are well invested in customer analysis has always been market leaders in any sector they are involved in. The importance of customer analysis to a business cannot be overstated.
