Responsible leadership
Effective leadership plays a pivotal role in the success of any organization or community, particularly during times of turbulence and transition. Lagos Business School offers a myriad of opportunities for students to develop and refine their leadership abilities, including opportunities for assuming elected positions.
As a testament to my commitment to responsible leadership, I vied for and ultimately triumphed in a competitive election for the position of Class Governor for Set 28’s Executive Class popularly called EMBA28.
As a part of my campaign preparations, it was essential for me to craft a persuasive manifesto that clearly communicates my goals and objectives as a candidate. My manifesto is comprised of the following key elements:

Our approach to learning is centered on inclusivity and support. No one will be left behind, as we will learn together. We would collaborate with all relevant stakeholders, including facilitators, and ensure their expectations are met. Additionally, we are committed to providing financial assistance to students who may face challenges in paying their fees. We will also establish a comprehensive repository of solutions to assist with every classwork and assignment.
