The use of reasoning to analyze a problem and find a suitable solution. The concept means looking at a situation or an event, breaking it down, pinpointing the problem and its source, and looking for a possible recommendation. For example, if a company wants to release its latest product, but they don’t know how well it will be received in the market, they conduct intensive market research to enable them to know if it will be successful or not.
Cross-Cultural Communication (1&2)
Ability to pass proper and relevant information among people with diverse backgrounds, cultures, similarities, and differences. This concept is considered a powerful method; a manager looks at a team or a group, understands their background and ways of thinking, and communicates in a way that passes the intended message. This encourages productivity and creates good interpersonal relationships. An example of Cross-cultural communication; A general manager in company A is currently meeting 2 new managers with a Chinese background. Prior to the meeting, he did research on how to formally greet the Chinese. When he met the managers, he introduced himself and slightly bowed, this can show respect and create a harmonious relationship.
The Art of persuasion
Persuasive communication means seeking to motivate an audience to think, feel or do something specific. This concept means to persuade an audience, a person has to not only provide relevant facts but also tell why the facts should prompt them to feel or act in a certain way. Additionally, the art of convincing others in a direction you want to lead them. An example of the art of persuasion; a CEO encourages his employees to take on several external and internal training in a Company Awesome, these training may be tedious and intensive but it’s for the good of the clients and the staff as well. He motivates them by stating the advantages and benefits of this training

Emotional Intelligence
It’s the application of emotions and intelligence to a situation or a way of life and enhances thoughts. This concept contains certain skills, such as the ability to accurately identify an emotion, and apply it well with proper reasoning. An example of emotional Intelligence, a worker is making showing concern over the inventory report, and he is panicking over a certain number of missing stocks. The Manager takes him to his office and tells the w to take deep breaths and explain what is wrong with the report.
Active and Reflective Listening
Active Listening is the art of giving your focus to a certain person, not just listening but grasping and understanding the intended message that is meant to be passed across by the speaker. The reflective response is considering the speaker’s message and reflecting on it from their own point of view. Active listening is considered to be an effective but difficult method to learn and master. Listening actively makes people grasp relevant information that is supposed to assist them or add to their knowledge bank. Reflecting responses are ways of asking questions to confirm the purpose of the intended message, and evaluate and analyze it properly. For example; a manager looks at both the PowerPoint and the speaker that is communicating in the eyes, questions why the speaker suggests we go in the direction they want, creates intelligent arguments, stays in the scope of the subject matter at hand, etc.
