However, I have noticed that when something makes an individuals happy, they typically want to do more of it. Nobody ever voiced a complaint about being too happy.
Happiness is a relative concept. Others may argue that happiness is not defined by success, riches, or beauty, but for some people, those things are all they require. As a result, it is difficult to impose what makes individuals happy. Your actual happiness may be found in anything that brings you enduring delight and contentment rather than a fleeting feeling of pleasure.
Happiness is the union of short-term pleasure and long-term happiness.
Both of these emotions—enjoying oneself at the time and being satisfied with one’s life as a whole—must be felt by a person in order to be happy. In fact, these two elements ought to support one another.
Would you still consider yourself happy if your life were perfect but you were never truly satisfied with what you accomplished? Possibly “satisfied” rather than “glad” However, that is a distinct query.

You could occasionally be too preoccupied with finding happiness to notice the little things in life that can genuinely make you happy.
6. Give others and yourself forgiveness.
7. Be in the company of uplifting individuals.
8. Do something kind to others.
Finding actual happiness can seem a little difficult. But if You can always take action to be genuine, work smart, and never surrender. Be content with how you are living your life, it is not impossible to achieve true happiness.
