360 Woman Africa Foundation Launched its enterprise skill development program in 2021. The program was launched and positioned to bridge the skill gap need of women entrepreneurs in Nigeria. Raising leading businesswomen who will build profitable and sustainable businesses from Nigeria to across the globe.

  • Increase the number of Highly skilled Business Women Leaders and Women-Lead Businesses in Nigeria
  • Provide seeds capital and grants for Women Owned businesses
  • To bridge the gap that exists between local female entrepreneurs and the global market.
  • Increase financial inclusiveness for women in Nigeria
  • Become the largest ecosystem for women entrepreneurs for community building and mobilization, educational advancement, exchange of ideas, advocacy, inter-trade networking and representation, legal representation, etc)

Following the screening process this year, which saw 60 students out of 800 plus application we received, the 360 Woman Africa team led by her Founder and head coach Dr.Yvonne Chioma Ofodile in partnership with Eudoracity Business School have engaged, trained, equipped, and graduated 100 women in business who are either owners of this businesses or women-led businesses at the just concluded Enterprise Skill Development Program that help at Four Point by Sheraton Victoria Island Lagos.

At this year’s MBA, we put together through our partnership with the business school some of Africa’s finest industry thought leaders and mentors with cumulatively over 100 years of work and business experiences leading top companies globally as our faculty members at this year’s 3 months MBA are Mr. Success Osideko (Founder, Eudoracity Business School ), Mr. Ope Sanwoolu (Director, Food Safety at PepsiCo Europe), Dr, Yvonne Chioma Ofodile (CEO, Zetile Oil, and Gas Ltd and Founder, 360 Woman Africa), Engr. Yemi Mofikoya, (GM, Vitapur Nigeria Ltd), Mr. Babasola Feibo (Head, Marketing Communications, Pixcentric Limited), Mr. Tayo Opatayo (Board Advisor, Leadership Coach, HR Director), Mrs. Rabi Adetoro (HR Leader, Coach, Speaker & Trainer), Mrs. Odunayo Sanya (Executive Secretary, MTN Foundation, MTN Nigeria ), Mr. Segun Abodunrin (Group CEO, Tdx Agency).  Modules were carefully curated to see that the students left ready to run and grow successful enterprises which will in turn solve employment problems, promote our economic stands, and increase trade across all levels. The students during the three intensive months were engaged in self-paced study exercises, case studies, assessments, capstone projects and presentations, etc

At the graduation, the lead facilitator and coach Dr, Yvonne Chioma Ofodile along with a few of the faculty present encouraged and admonished all the graduate students to go out and be worthy examples of the 360 Woman Africa Brand, their country, and the world at large following the best industry practices and ethical standards available. She also stated that even though the entrepreneurship journey will and can be very daunting if they don’t lose their passion, energy, determination, resilient spirit, and dedication to work, the excellent spirit will be very rewarding in the long haul, etc. Students who have successfully graduated will be inducted into the 360 Woman Africa Entrepreneur’s Community where they will have continuous access to mentorship, networking, and available resources from 360 Woman Africa, they are also eligible to apply for the 2022 360 Woman Africa Enterprise Grant and stand a chance of winning a part of 5,000,000.00 (five million naira) as funding for their businesses.
