I was taught in my ABP class on the dynamics and functions of the brain. This teaching on the brain explained and opened my eyes to many aspects of it.
It has the capacity to do much more and we underestimate its scope. I understood that it adapts easily to any pattern that it is introduced to overtime. This is a reason why when one does a thing for a while, it becomes difficult to change.
I understood that in describing cognitive miserliness, the human brain can solve problems. Though these problems are solved in simple ways rather than using intensive ways.
I was taught that in psychology, the human mind is considered a cognitive miser. This is due to the way we think and solve problems in simpler and effortless ways.
