What an exhausting week! Global Virtual Teams Meetings, assignments, a survey, terrible Lagos traffic, fuel scarcity and of course a demanding job that I am blessed to have.
I am so sleep deprived and barely trying to catch my breath, like a mouse on a turn wheel in a scientist’s laboratory in a Hollywood movie.
But through it all, in just about a month and some days since I commenced my Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA), I have seen significant improvement in
1) My ability to think on my feet and make spontaneous presentations that actually make sense
2) Work harmoniously with group members from diverse backgrounds
3) Being able to give and receive the is focused on actions and not the person.
I am not where I want to be, but I am glad that I not where I used to be.
I will keep pressing on…
